Consultants.Direct provides conversations with specialist AI voice agents. Consultant names, portraits and voices represent AI personas, not human professionals. You can browse the agency without signing in.

AI guidance and your decisions

Responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Verify important information independently. We do not guarantee a particular result from a consultation.

Conversations are general information, education or entertainment, not personalised financial, investment, credit, legal or medical advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional where needed. Astrology and intuitive guidance are for reflection and entertainment, not reliable predictions.

This is not an emergency service. In an emergency in Australia, call 000.

Bookings and payments

Session duration and price are shown on the consultant’s page and at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, and access to a paid session requires a verified successful payment. Check your chosen consultant, duration and total before paying.

Payment issues and refunds

If a payment fails, access does not unlock, or a purchased session cannot be provided, contact us with your consultant’s name and payment reference. Do not send full card details.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees. Refund requests and service issues are considered in accordance with those rights.

Responsible use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity, attempt to bypass payment or security controls, or provide information you do not have permission to share. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken following a conversation.

Your information

Read our Privacy Policy for information about payments, voice conversations and third-party services. Avoid sharing passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
