Information involved in using the service

You can browse without an account. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment and may collect your email and billing information. We store a payment reference, consultant, session duration, amount, payment status and available customer email to verify access and handle service issues. Full card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in our purchase records.

Voice conversations

ElevenLabs processes your microphone audio to provide AI voice conversations. Audio, transcripts and conversation information may be processed or retained by that provider according to its service settings and policies. Do not disclose passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a call.

Do not assume an agent will remember you on a future visit. Returning-client memory, session reports and follow-up features are not currently part of the completed service.

Messages and emails

If you text our number, Twilio processes your phone number and message to deliver it. Our messaging endpoint also records inbound message information in service logs. Booking emails use the customer email associated with a payment where available. Contact details are used to provide the service and respond to related issues.

Service providers

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting and purchase records, Stripe for payments, ElevenLabs for AI voice conversations, and Twilio for text messaging. Hosting, email and security providers also process information needed to operate the site. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own terms and privacy policies.

Browser storage and security

Browser storage and cookies may be used by the site and its providers for security, payment access and service operation. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Some transaction information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
