Common questions
How do I talk to my consultant?
After checkout your session unlocks immediately. Just allow microphone access and start speaking — it's a real two-way voice conversation.
Is my conversation private?
Yes. Your session is yours alone, and we never sell or share your personal conversations.
What if I run out of time?
You can book another session whenever you like. Many people start with a shorter session and come back for a deeper dive.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong on our end and your session doesn't work, we'll make it right — just reply to your receipt email.
